We are seeking a meticulous and dedicated Bookkeeper to join our Property Rentals Department. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing invoicing and beneficiary payment functions, as well as reconciling these transactions. The ideal candidate will have experience in the property industry, although this is not a strict requirement.
Invoicing and Payments:
- Generate and issue invoices to tenants.
- Process beneficiary payments accurately and timely.
- Manage and track rent payments and other related transactions.
Reconciliation:
- Perform regular reconciliation of accounts to ensure accuracy.
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in financial records.
Reporting:
- Prepare financial reports for the finance department.
- Provide regular updates on the financial status of the property rentals department.
General Duties:
- Assist with financial audits as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date financial records.
- Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism.
- Support other business functions as required.

Candidate Requirements
- Proven experience as a bookkeeper, preferably within the property industry.
- Strong knowledge of bookkeeping and accounting principles.
- Proficiency in accounting software and MS Office Suite.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Effective communication skills.
PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:
- Previous experience in the property industry.
- Relevant certification or degree in Accounting, Finance.
