A well established company based in Weltevreden Park is seeking a Consignment Clerk/Stores Assistant.
Duties:
Out of Office Responsibilities:
• Maintenance of consignment sets / Hospital owned sets – checking and filling sets, following up on missing items and stock discrepancies
• State Hospital paperwork – follow each state hospitals administrative procedure from submission, order number follow up, invoice delivery to payment
• Deliver and/or collect deliveries from/to couriers or airport
• Complete deliveries to customers
• Weekend/public holiday rotational call for emergency loan set delivery
• Company Vehicle will be available for travelling
In Office Responsibilities:
General stores duties including;
• Document filing and tracking
• Maintaining checklists for sets and consignment stock
• Collect and arrange courier deliveries and parcels.
• checking, cleaning and filling loan sets.
• Stock control – receiving and checking stock, following up on missing stock items /stock discrepancies etc.
• Handling of stock queries – both within the company and with customers - including backorder stock recording, follow up and fulfilment of backorders
Candidate Requirements
Requirements
• Matric (Grade 12)
• Must reside in Midrand area, because they need to travel to the pretoria/johanneburg region
• Previous administrative experience in a medical devices company is beneficial.
• Valid driver’s license essential.
Computer Literacy:
- MS Office (Outlook,Excel)
