Digital Marketing Client Relationship Manager

Job Brief
This position is for a truly service and client relationship-oriented person. A professional with Google Ads / digital marketing and/ or advertising sales experience. If you are genuinely excited to help clients, are patient, empathetic, passionately communicative and enjoy working with skilled team members to help improve, develop and grow a client’s business.
Minimum Requirements
This is a remote (work from home) position so you will need the ability, mindset and desire to work remotely.
Education: Matric or higher.
Infrastructure: Home office with stable, uncapped broadband internet connection.
Experience: Proficient in using computers, productivity and CRM software.
3 Years sales and client service experience
Previous solutions, advertising or digital marketing sales (or similar) experience
Responsibilities
· Take over 30-60 existing clients.
· Attend client introduction meetings with the Digital Marketing Strategist
· Build rapport, trust and sustainable relationships with the clients entrusted to you.
· Get to know the marketing strategy, current spend, company growth strategy and industry trends of every client.
· Agree and establish a campaign performance feedback schedule with every client.
· Conduct the monthly, alternate weekly or weekly campaign performance meetings diligently.
· Manage and nurture relationships with multiple clients.
· Identify new growth opportunities to upsell and introduce more platforms or additional campaigns to existing clients.
· Handle all client complaints, queries and concerns with extreme professionalism with the objective of improving their relationship
· Develop clients and turn them into client advocates.
· Communicate and Collaborate with all team members to ensure the best outcome for the team, the client and the company.
· Stay up to date with training, new trends and certifications in digital marketing.
· Stay up to date with all sales training and attend all sales meetings.
· Represent and all colleagues in a highly professional manner.
· Keep the client information and meeting feedback reports on the CRM up to date.
Skills and Competencies
· Passionate about client service
· Experience with and understanding of digital marketing campaigns across various platforms
· Proactive self-starter who doesn’t need micromanagement.
· Presentation and sales proposal skills.
· Understand, develop, and sell complex solutions.
· Excellent written, verbal and telephone communication skills (English and home language).
· Excellent phone etiquette and pronunciation.
· A professional and courteous disposition.
· Outstanding listening skills
· Customer orientation and ability to adapt to different types of characters and personalities.
· Efficient time management and organizational skills. Ability to multi-task, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team with the ability to reach out to peers and cooperate with supervisors to establish an overall collaborative working relationship.
· Presentable and well groomed.
· Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Word and Excel.
· Familiarity with CRM systems and practices.
· Proactive and happy to share new ideas, provide help and/or support where needed to assist the team to reach performance targets.
· Honest, values trust relationships and integrity.
