Join our dynamic team at Elize Partners, a leading recruitment agency headquartered in Zurich. We are seeking a detail orientated and proactive Recruitment Administrator to support our Sales Consultants and Talent Partners.
Duties:
- Data Entry: Accurately inputting candidate information into our database.
- CV Formatting: Ensuring CVs are presented in a professional and standardized format.
- Administrative Support: Assisting sales consultants and recruiters with various administrative tasks and maintaining records
- Job Posting:
- Drafting and posting job advertisements on various job boards.
- Ensuring job ads are engaging and accurately represent the roles.
- Database Management:
- Maintaining and updating candidate databases.
- Ensuring all candidate information is kept confidential and up to date.
- Sourcing Strategy execution:
- Sourcing and screening candidates supported by talent partner.
- Accurate qualification of candidates and matching to client demands.
Interview Process:
1st Stage: Personality Assessment and Introduction to Elize Partners
- A casual interview to get to know your personality, communication skills, and fit within the team.
2nd Stage: Attention to Detail Assessment
- A timed test designed to evaluate your ability to handle time pressure and accuracy in administrative tasks.
3rd Stage: Presentation
- 20 minute presentation on what we do and how we do it. You can be as creative as you like.
Salary:
- Basic salary: R20,000 – R25,000 depending on experience.
- Quarterly bonuses for targets reached
Required Skills
- Administrative Support Experience: 1 year or less
- Data Entry Services: 1 year or less
- Database Admin: 1 year or less
Candidate Requirements
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills in English, (additional German language is a bonus)
- Ability to work effectively under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Previous experience in recruitment administration or a similar role is advantageous but not required.
