Employer: West Coast Personnel
· Minimum 5 to 8 years of proven experience as a Conveyancing Secretary.
· Experience in correspondent work is essential.
· Proficient in conveyancing software and MS Office suite.
· Excellent communication and organizational skills.
· Strong attention to detail and ability to work under pressure.
· Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
· Must already live in Cape Town
· Fluent in both English and Afrikaans (reading, writing and speaking)
· Dealing with banks
Candidate Requirements
· A formal qualification (diploma) in conveyancing is essential.
· Must have proven working experience at law firms specialising in property law.
