The Onboarding & Performance Coach will support our quality team in delivering exceptional service to our clients and ensuring that performance targets are consistently met. This role is crucial in driving the success of our onboarding and performance initiatives.

Candidate Requirements

Operations Administrator:
- Matric or equivalent.
- Additional qualifications in administration, business, or a related field are advantageous.
- 2 years of experience in an administrative or operations support role.
- Experience in the education or ESL industry is an advantage.
- Excellent organisational and multitasking skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Ability to work independently.
- High level of professionalism and discretion.
Onboarding & Performance Coach:
- 1-2 years in a training, coaching, or performance management role, preferably in the ESL or education industry.
- Proven experience in client relationship management and cross-departmental coordination.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Adaptability and ability to work under pressure.
- Team player with a strong sense of accountability.
- Certifications (Preferred):
- TEFL/TESOL certification or equivalent.
- Certification in training and development is an advantage.
