- Duties include ,but are not limited to:
- Co-ordinate and manage delivery procedures
- Sort out dispatch orders according to timelines and locations
- To administer the dispatch process which entails despatching and various other admin tasks
- Perform any other duties as required from time to time by the Warehouse Manager or Senior Management or any other member of staff delegated to assign duties to you.
- Escalate any incidents pertaining to the Despatch Department that require the involvement and attention of the warehouse manager and/or senior management to the warehouse manager and/or relevant senior management personnel
Required Skills
- Admin: 2 to 3 years
- Despatch: 2 to 3 years
- Computer Literate Experience: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
Matric / Grade 12
Good communication skills
Must be computer literate
Proven experience as a Dispatch clerk
Excellent organisational and multitasking skills
Detailed oriented
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
