Hartswater. My client, a well established concern with the agricultural industry is seeking to employ a qualified Electrician.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years relevant experience and must be a qualified electrician with appropriate qualifications and certification.

MAIN OBJECTIVE OF THE POSITION:
The main focus of the role will be the regular maintenance of electrical systems, wiring, power distribution, panel boards, electrical equipment and accessories, as well as the diagnosis and repair of electrical problems to ensure that all electrical systems and equipment function optimally.
The ideal candidate must act proactively and preventively at all times. Additional maintenance work can also be expected as required.

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATION:
The following are requirements for the candidate:

At least 5 years' experience as a qualified electrician.
Must be a qualified electrician with appropriate qualifications and certification.

The following will count in the candidate's favor:

Thorough knowledge of electrical codes and regulations
Skill in reading and interpreting electrical blueprints and technical diagrams
Experience troubleshooting and repairing electrical systems and equipment
Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail
Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team
Knowledge of solar power systems

KEY SKILLS:

Excellent planning and organizational skills for electrical projects
Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
Willingness to broaden knowledge and keep abreast of new technologies and regulations
Detail oriented and focused on quality work
Proactive and positive way of thinking
Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
