REQUIREMENTS:
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Own vehicle and valid driver’s license
- 7 – 10 years proven experience in a retail management role, preferably in footwear
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
- A customer-focused mindset with a passion for delivering exceptional service
- Ability to plan, organize, and manage administrative tasks effectively
DUTIES:
- Manage and lead a team of individuals with enthusiasm and energy
- Ensure high customer satisfaction by exceeding service expectations every day
- Achieve and surpass sales and expense control targets consistently
- Drive promotions and generate customer traffic with a standout mentality
- Lead by example, inspiring both the team and customers through our brands
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide constructive feedback to staff
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with the Merchandise Department to ensure adequate stock
- Analyze sales data and market trends to make informed business decisions
- Handle customer complaints and resolve issues promptly to maintain customer loyalty
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations and company policies
- Plan and execute in-store events and promotions to boost sales and customer engagement
- Maintain a clean, organized, and visually appealing store environment
- Shift work and retail hours
