Role Overview:
As a Portfolio Manager Assistant at Soughted, you will be an integral part of our mission to redefine the short-term rental industry. Your role will involve providing crucial support to our Portfolio Managers, ensuring the smooth operation of our properties. This position offers an excellent opportunity for a detail-oriented, organised, and tech-savvy individual to excel in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment.
Key Duties:
- Guest and Owner Relations: Assist in managing expectations with guests and property owners, providing exceptional customer service.
- Guest Check-ins: Being punctual and professional to greet and welcome our guests to our properties.
- Operational Efficiency: Collaborate on coordinating various tasks, including scheduling maintenance, shopping, renovations, and handling expenses.
- Property Maintenance: Aid in conducting minimum requirement and maintenance checks, scheduling couch cleans, and meeting with contractors as needed.
- Administrative Tasks: Support in handling tasks such as receipt management, filing (electronic and hard copies), monthly statements, and Xero bills and invoices.
- Onboarding: Assist in the onboarding process from start to finish.
- Relationship Building: Collaborate to foster strong relationships with co-workers, building personnel, and external stakeholders.
- Reporting: Assist in regularly reporting on property checks, cancellations, and review analysis.
Required Skills
- Admin: 1 to 2 years
- Hospitality Industry: 1 year or less
- Tourism: 1 to 2 years
