Job Description: Sales Agent (Call Centre)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle inbound and outbound calls in the international call centre to promote and sell products or services.
• Meet or exceed sales targets through telesales techniques and strategies.
• Demonstrate excellent communication skills to engage potential customers and promote the company's offerings.

Essential Qualifications:

• Minimum educational requirement: Matric (High School Diploma).
• Possess strong communication skills to effectively engage with customers over the phone.
• You cannot be under debt review
• You cannot have an account in arears over 5000 rand
• You cannot have any criminal record 
• Working hours (US campaign)  8 hour shift 

Desired Experience:

• Previous experience in an international call centre environment.
• Experience in telesales or a similar role is preferred.

Salary & Benefits:

• Salary Range: R 7000 - R 7900 per month.
