A dynamic company based in Houghton is looking for a Client Liaison Officer / Sales
Duties:
- Assist with collecting the client from reception
- Help them with opening their safety deposit box
- Let them out
- Assist with any admin that comes up such as:
- Adding additional individuals onto their boxes
- Changing box sizes
- Cancelling their account
- Taking payment
- Signing up new clients
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- Own car with a valid drivers license
- Matric
Competencies:
- Friendly, people’s person as dealing with clients face to face and telephonically
- Trustworthy person
- This is an active position where the employee is running clients
- Punctuality is important
- Good with admin skills, attention to detail
Computer Packages:
- MS Office (Outlook,Excel)
- Zoho CRM
