Employer: Time Personnel
REQUIREMENTS
- Matric, associate’s degree in accounting or related field preferred
- Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a clerical or financial role
- Basic understanding of contract management processes
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills
- Proficiency in data entry and accounting software
- Good communication and customer service skills
- Basic understanding of accounting principles and financial regulations
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong ethical standards and integrity
DUTIES
- Record debit transactions accurately.
- Process payments and refunds.
- Maintain detailed records of financial transactions.
- Reconcile bank statements and financial ledgers (can be taught).
- Identify and resolve discrepancies in accounts.
- Ensure all transactions are balanced and accounted for.
- Enter financial data into accounting systems.
- Handle inquiries from customers regarding their accounts.
- Provide information and resolve issues related to debits.
- Assist customers with transaction processing.
- Maintain organised financial records and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and financial regulations.
- Assist with basic audit information and regulatory reviews.
- Support the finance team with various administrative tasks.
Office / HR duties
- Assist in maintaining and organizing contract records.
- Onboarding and welcoming new staff
- Collating payroll information
- Support the contract management team with administrative tasks.
- Adhoc office related duties
