Employer: Time Personnel
- Matric
- Minimum 10 years invoicing and administration experience
- Must be able to communicate in English and Afrikaans
- Experience in Invoicing and working on an accounting package
- Ability to multi-task and adhere to deadlines
- Confident dealing with customers and internal staff
- People’s person with a bubbly attitude
DUTIES
- Prepare, issue, and manage invoices accurately and timely
- Upload invoices onto Pastel
- Verify discrepancies and resolve billing issues with clients and internal departments
- Maintain and update records of invoices, payments, and transactions
- Ensure compliance with financial policies and procedures
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports
- Communicate with clients to clarify and resolve any invoice-related queries
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline billing processes
- Bank reconciliations
- Manage the filing system for the office
- General administration involved with the orders and sales processing
