As an Account Manager/New Business Development Consultant, you will play a crucial role in acquiring new clients and managing relationships with existing ones. Your primary goal will be to identify business opportunities, build client relationships, and drive revenue growth for the company.
Candidate Requirements

New Business Development:
- Prospect for potential new clients and turn this into increased business.
- Cold call as appropriate within your market or geographic area to ensure a robust pipeline of opportunities.

Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients by understanding their needs and proposing solutions that align with their business objectives.
- Act as the liaison between clients and internal teams to ensure smooth communication and delivery of services.

Sales Planning:
- Develop a sales strategy to achieve organizational sales goals and revenues.
- Create and maintain a sales pipeline to ensure over-achievement within the designated market segments.

Proposal and Contract Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals that highlight the value proposition of the company's products/services.
- Negotiate contract terms and conditions to meet both client and company needs.

Market Research and Analysis:
- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential new markets.
- Analyze data to determine the most effective sales strategies.

Reporting:
- Prepare regular reports on sales activities, including sales forecasts, pipeline status, and client feedback.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in a sales or business development role, preferably in a B2B environment.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients.
- Excellent negotiation and persuasion skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a proactive and positive attitude.
- Analytical mindset with the ability to analyze complex data and make strategic decisions.
- Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
