Seeking is a highly driven individual who networks to improve the sales, reputation, and representation of the Company within local service areas. They will be responsible for assisting customers with the design, cost, quantity estimations and most importantly, sales, of all Architectural Aluminium projects. This person further co-ordinates and synchronizes communication between the factory, site installation and customers, in ensuring an effortless and high-quality customer turn-key experience.
Key Responsibilities:
Sourcing Sales:
- The Sales Representative visits his service area daily, surveying the area for new jobs to be quoted.
- Additionally, he/she will visit the local municipality, architects and estate agents in his area and source a list of approved building plans and names of project managers/builders.
- The individual will further network with the existing contractor customer base in providing competitive return-purchase solutions.
Customer service:
- The Sales Representative will prepare a design, cost and quantity estimation from the building plans issued by the customer and provide the customer with a competitively priced architectural Aluminium estimation.
- Once the customer has accepted and paid for the estimate, the Sales Representative will coordinate with the Aluminium Manager for product manufacturing, ordering and installation timelines.
- The Sales Representative will monitor and assist the customer through all stages of the project till it reaches completion.
- The individual will then perform an after sales service and follow up with the customer if he/she is satisfied, by conducting a site sign off inspection.
- A Customer first approach is crucial in ensuring a successful solution.
Candidate Requirements
- The ideal candidate will meet the following requirements:
- Previous experience in selling Aluminium doors and windows.
- External field sales experience.
- Previous experience of managing in a team environment.
- Working knowledge of Wispeco Clip 44, Palace, Vistafold, Elite, Icon and Casement 35/38, systems.
- Working knowledge of Aluminum profiles and hardware solutions
- Sales Goal Driven.
- Self-Motivated.
- Values; always having the best interest of the customer and company in mind.
- Analytical and well-organized planner.
- Friendly and welcoming attitude.
- Well presented.
- Fluent in English and Afrikaans.
- Valid Driver’s License
