Purpose of the job: To provide Human Resources solutions, to enable and optimise business results, through the application of all HR activities by focusing on the following key areas: Effectively implement recruitment processes Ensure that the onboarding of new employees is effectively implemented Effectively manage training and development initiatives Effectively manage divisions performance management & Engagement system Effectively manage employee relations standards Aligning with Health & Safety Policies Key Requirements: Matric Tertiary qualification in HR Management (minimum NQF level 6) Knowledge of labour legislation (LRA, BCEA, EEA, SDA, etc.) 2 – 5 years’ HR Generalist, litigation and IR experience Own transport & Driver’s license
