Our client is looking for an Office Manager to join their company in Kya Sands, Johannesburg. The company culture environment is supportive and collaborative, with a strong emphasis on helping one another and friendliness. They are looking for a like-minded Office Manager who will ensure the smooth operation of the office, manage administrative tasks, assist clients and support the executive team.
Minimum Requirements:
Degree or Diploma in Business Administration or related
5 to 8 years experience as an Office Manager or in a similar role
Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
Experience in Pastel accounting software
Knowledge of eco-friendly practices is a plus
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion
Friendly and helpful demeanour, aligning with the company’s supportive culture
Strong client care and customer service skills
Duties and Responsibilities:
Manage daily office operations and maintain office supplies
Coordinate schedules, meetings, and appointments
Handle correspondence and communication
Support HR functions including onboarding and employee records
Organize company events and meetings
Implement and maintain office policies and procedures
Oversee office budget and expenditures
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Process invoices, generate sales reports etc. using Pastel accounting software
Provide exceptional client care and customer service
