Employer: Datacentrix (Pty) Ltd
- Matric required plus relevant National qualification (NQF 6/10)
- Minimum 5 years sales experience in the IT industry, of which selling with partners to corporate in both the commercial and public sector
- Understanding of HP PC products (preferred)
- Responsible for total sales revenue and GP number for
product range - Provide accurate and regular sales forecasts and
business updates to business management and to the
Vendor, at the frequency stipulated by the business - Engage in collaborative, strategic, and tactical business
planning with management. Extend this to vendor
and partners - Identify key new accounts and design a sales approach
to bring new customers on board - Apply best practice to forecasting and opportunity
management, and account planning - Align the Vendors’ strategic focus to company resources and structures
- Develop and manage the Vendor Relationship across a broad spectrum i.e., Local, and international
- Identify new potential Partners and recruit, on-board, train,
and continue to develop new partners as per defined
strategy - Understand the partner sales process and develop a
sales and marketing strategy to best suit the partner - Develop sales tools to assist partner sales and presales
- Design partner enablement plans, to ensure partner
resources are skilled in the marketing programs and
products they are expected to drive - Define and develop partners’ focus by strategically
aligning each Partner to the objectives set out by the
Vendor; understanding how to develop Partners and
into which markets their respective growth must go,
should be directed - Work with Partners to devise growth strategies and
drive implementation of these strategies
