REQUIREMENTS:
- Bcom degree in Accounting, Finance or other business related field. A Property Investment related degree will be advantageous
- 4 or more yearsâ of experience in property investment/property finance structuring
- Experience in auditing, banking and/or sales and marketing will be advantageous
- Driverâs license and own transport preferable
- Microsoft Office Suite proficiency
DUTIES:
- Network and market by developing relationships with intermediaries and other role players in the property and finance industry in order to generate deal flow
- Design deal structures that will accommodate the clientâs needs as well as comply with the companyâs policies
- Conduct due diligence in order to determine viability of investment in commercial properties to improve the existing property portfolio, equity investment in joint ventures relating to commercial properties and providing funding to SMEâs who wish to purchase their own business properties
- Compile investment proposal report for submission to and approval by the relevant investment committees
- Portfolio management (maintain relationships with clients and attend management meetings for equity investments in joint ventures)
- Mon â Thurs: 08:00 â 17:00
- Fri: 08:00 â 16:30
