Primary Responsibilities:
- Assist in scheduling and organizing meetings, conference room reservations, and meeting minutes.
- Manage office supplies and equipment to ensure the proper functioning of office facilities.
- Assist with the processing of financial and HR documents to maintain data accuracy and timeliness.
- Assist in arranging employee travel and receiving clients and visitors.
- Support the team's needs in project management and coordination.
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
- At least 1 year of experience as an Administrative Assistant or related work experience.
- Excellent organizational and coordination skills, and the ability to effectively handle multiple tasks.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office software such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to work effectively with employees at all levels.
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to work independently and solve problems.
