Job Description
As a Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for creating and implementing marketing strategies and plans. The role will include, but is not limited to:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing plans to improve the acquisition of qualified customers that meet our criteria.
- Utilize the CRM database to convert previous customer inquiries into qualified prospects through targeted marketing campaigns.
- Collaborate with the portfolio team to align marketing strategies with business objectives and sales targets.
- Drive go-to-market efforts of tailored products.
- Manage online marketing initiatives, including website content, SEO, SEM, and online advertising campaigns.
- Oversee social media marketing efforts to engage with our target audience and drive brand awareness.
- Utilize Google Ads and other online advertising platforms to reach potential customers effectively.
- Cultivate relationships with referral partners to generate qualified leads and increase customer acquisition.
- Analyze marketing performance metrics and KPIs to measure the effectiveness of campaigns and optimize strategies accordingly.
- Coordinate and attend events, including programs and third-party hosted gatherings.
- Manage internal communications.
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Politics, Philosophy, and Economics (PPE), or a related field. Master's degree preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in marketing, with a focus on B2B marketing.
- Ability to research and understand context to inform strategy.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to innovate and adapt to changing market dynamics.
- Proven track record of developing and implementing successful marketing strategies that drive business results.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.
- Content writing skills.
- Experience with Google Analytics, CRM software systems, and WordPress themes.
- Proficiency or ability and willingness to learn various marketing platforms and software tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Someone who is happy to work alone but also comfortable in a team.
