Job Title: Bakery Confectioner

Position Summary:
We are seeking a skilled and experienced Confectioner to join our team. The Confectioner will be responsible for creating delicious and visually appealing confectionery items, such as candies, chocolates, pastries, and other sweet treats. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sweet treats, excellent attention to detail, and the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop new recipes and flavors for confectionery items
- Prepare and cook confectionery items in accordance with established recipes and standards
- Decorate and present confectionery items in an attractive and creative manner
- Ensure that all confectionery items are produced in a timely manner and meet quality standards
- Maintain a clean and organized work area
- Assist in ordering and managing inventory of ingredients and supplies
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient production and delivery of confectionery items
- Adhere to all health, safety, and sanitation regulations

Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience working as a Confectioner or in a similar role
- Proven track record of creating high-quality confectionery items
- Strong knowledge of confectionery ingredients, techniques, and equipment
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work well under pressure and meet deadlines
- Creative flair and passion for creating visually appealing confectionery items
- Strong communication and collaboration skills
