Employer: Time Personnel
- Matric, relevant qualification/Currently studying towards qualification
- 1-2 years working experience in a similar/ administrative role
- Familiarity with marketing/ content management system would be advantageous
- Proficient in Microsoft programs
- Basic knowledge of marketing tools and software

DUTIES
- Assist with basic loading and editing of our websites.
- assist with loading and editing the websites, candidates will need to use Photoshop to create correctly sized product images.
- Assist our customers with regular updates to their load sheets. These load sheets help list products and product information on customers' websites.
- Assist with product weights and dimensions by capturing the relevant information on to the existing data sheets.
- Ensure the marketing room is maintained by accurately recording and updating all movements of marketing materials.
- Oversee the day-to-day upkeep and general housekeeping of the marketing room.
- Assist the sales team in staying on track with their trade shows and events by ensuring they are fully equipped with marketing materials.
- Assist in proofreading manuals, catalogues, and social media content.
- Maintain the sample list by performing monthly updates and checks, ensuring it is always current and well-organized.
- Conduct regular stocktake reports on all marketing equipment sent to our various nationwide branches to determine current stock levels and identify any marketing needs. Ensure timely dispatch of necessary marketing items to the branches.
- Assist with designing and printing labels and serial numbers for the warehouse as needed.
- Perform general administrative tasks as assigned by the Marketing Coordinator and Marketing Executive.
- Perform any other tasks necessary for the conduct of the employer's business.
