The duties of this position are as follows:
- Day to day support as per customer specific SLA
- Daily support tasks -
- Attending to the support channels with response and resolution support as per specific SLA
- Contacting clients experiencing problems with connectivity, trouble-shooting issues.
- Follow up call to clients once equipment is delivered by guiding them with the installation and getting them online.
- Assisting, when required and with the building of media players - i.e physical build and configuring media player so that it works.
- Compile and monitor support relevant exception reports and KPI’s.
- Monitor and track support queries
