Our client in the financial services industry is seeking an Operations/Admin Manager to join their team. Your responsibilities will be to drive performance and continuous improvement in the key area of the business. This includes managing experienced staff and associated workflows in line with a culture of exceptional client service and quality. The role is seen as critical to our succession planning with significant opportunity to grow within the business
Candidate Requirements
Relevant BCom degree or equivalent
MBA or other relevant post graduate management qualifications would be advantageous
Minimum 10 years’ experience in an Administration environment
Minimum 5 years in the Financial Services Industry at a management level
Advanced knowledge and experience of administration processes
Advanced knowledge and experience of people management
Excellent written and verbal communication in English
Communication in other languages would be advantageous
Proven experience identifying, planning, and implementing processes to deliver strong operational efficiency with quality
