Job Function:
Responsible for the administrative functions in the operations admin department. To ensure the
accurate and timeous processing of Purchase orders, receipting, sub-contractor payments.
Weekly and Monthly capturing of driver hours on Google Docs for Temp and Permanent BVOs.
Verification of driving vs paid hours for BVOs. Resolving and escalating wage queries. Ordering
and balancing Petty Cash.
Key performance areas:
Ensure the accurate and timeous processing of purchase orders, receipting, capturing
invoices and EFT payment schedules
Capturing BVO hours on Google Docs
Verification of BVO Hours, using Mix Telematics reports and Journey Management
Petty Cash distribution and order.
Preparing sub-contractor payments and reconciliation
Meeting all customer and Company deadlines
Any other adhoc related enquiries
Required Skills
- Admin: 1 year or less
- Administrator: 1 year or less
Candidate Requirements
Qualifications required:
Matric
Previous experience in similar job function will be an advantage.
Skills and experience Required:
Must be Computer literate (Microsoft word/excel/office etc.)
Logical perception and numeracy accuracy
Good time management skills
Must be self motivated
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Must be able to pay attention to detail
Must be able to work under pressure
Must be well groomed and friendly
Must be willing to work on shifts, overtime, weekends and Public holidays
