Key Responsibilities:
- Provide IT support to all users through our Company Service Management Tool.
- Deliver exceptional customer service, assisting clients in resolving IT issues promptly.
- Log and document all issues via the Service Management Tool.
- Understand user requirements and ensure minimal impact on productivity.
- Troubleshoot potential problems proactively.
- Support applications like Microsoft Office, Sage Accounts, Google Chrome, Adobe Creative Cloud, and more.
- Install authorized software on laptops and desktops.
- Conduct fault-finding on laptops, desktops, and handheld devices.
- Manage user accounts, mailboxes, and VOIP phone systems.
- Maintain departmental procedures, checklists, and FAQ sheets.
- Perform daily system checks, including backups.
- Stay updated with industry news and advancements.
- Innovate to improve departmental processes and procedures.
- Keep skills current, including passing relevant technical exams.
- Handle ad-hoc project work as required.
Required Skills
- Network Support: 3 to 4 years
- Office 365: 2 to 3 years
- Microsoft Servers: 3 to 4 years
Candidate Requirements
Experience and Skills:
- Previous helpdesk software experience.
- Experience in a user/customer-facing environment.
- Microsoft Support experience.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Windows 10/11 and Windows Server.
- Experience with Office 365.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills with all levels of personnel.
- Excellent time management and problem-solving skills.
- Proactive in troubleshooting potential issues.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office, various web browsers, and business network environments.
- Microsoft MCSE, MCITP, or equivalent qualifications.
