- Provide Level 1 and Level 2 technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
- Diagnose and resolve hardware, software, and network issues in a timely manner.
- Install, configure, and maintain desktops, laptops, printers, and other IT peripherals.
- Administer user accounts, permissions, and access rights in accordance with company policies.
- Collaborate with Level 3 support and other IT teams to escalate and resolve complex issues.
- Perform routine maintenance tasks such as software updates, antivirus scans, and system backups.
- Document support activities, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing and training purposes.
- Assist with IT projects and initiatives as assigned by the IT Manager or team lead.
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in a technical support role, preferably in an enterprise environment.
- Strong knowledge of Windows operating systems (Windows 10/11) and Microsoft Office applications.
- Experience with Active Directory, Exchange, and other enterprise systems.
- Familiarity with networking concepts (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP) and troubleshooting tools.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a customer service mindset.
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
- Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA A+, Microsoft Certified Professional) are a plus.
Location: Remote, 2pm-11pm SAST to service EST hours.
