- Managing every aspect of the employment process, including orientation and training of new staff members, and managing payroll.
- Providing support in the various human resources and functions, which include recruitment, staffing, training and development, performance monitoring and employee counseling.
- Managing personnel records, updating databases, and assisting in HR operations.
- Creating company policies, scheduling interviews, and preparing HR-related reports.
- Supporting the development and implementation of HR initiatives and systems.
- Providing counseling on policies and procedures.
- Being actively involved in recruitment by preparing job descriptions, posting ads and managing the hiring process.
Required Skills
- Skills Development: 2 to 3 years
- Payroll Services: 2 to 3 years
- Loabour Relations: 2 to 3 years
Candidate Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources.
- Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in human resources.
- Additional training/certification in Payroll Management – may be advantageous.
- Labor Relations certification – may be advantageous.
- Experience as a Skills Development Facilitator – may be advantageous.
- Able to engage in meaningful negotiation and resolution.
- Knowledge of employment legislation.
