Employer: Phoenix Distribution
- Audit partner & customer compliance for payment (KBD2 targets, visibility claims, contracts, trade terms, vendor compliance, partner audits)
- Keep customer billings/rebates & claims up to date (KBD2 claims, max tallies, MDF or supplier billings)
- Help prepare daily/weekly/monthly business reporting (daily sales, vendor, inventory reports, target tracking, month end reports, forecasts etc)
- Co-ordinate MD diary, meeting minutes (take minutes of weekly sales meeting, co-ordinate MD diary for suppliers, customers or internal team meetings)
- Book team travel (book ad hoc air/car rental/hotel, etc)
- Manage expense claims (monthly claims)
- Compile or summarise information for business review (sales trends, customer performance, QBR, etc)
- Update or summarise key reports for MD or team review (sales pipeline, business roadmap, brand analytics, etc)
- Co-manage website & social media responses
- Co-manage digital marketing and customer advertising
- Co-ordinate with designer to ensure all artwork is approved & correctly archived
- Correctly capture digital assets for archiving (e.g. counter-signed contracts, budget updates, marketing materials, vendor pack shots, etc)

Candidate Requirements
- Attention to detail & proactive approach to problem solving
- Strong organisational, interpersonal & multi-tasking skills
- Advanced Excel & Office 365 proficiency
- Experience as a personal assistant or sales administrator to senior management
- Distribution experience in FMCG strongly preferred
