Two of our leading Discovery group outbound sales call centres are looking for vibrant, enthusiastic and target driven individuals to join a winning team of high earners.

The sales agent’s responsibilities include: cold-calling, objection handling, managing customer relationships, answering customers questions, and finding new customers through the leads provided by the company, souring of referals, and social media. You should be able to implement sales strategies to continually exceed sales targets.

Required Skills

Computer Skills: 1 to 2 years
Sales: 1 to 2 years
Communication Skills: 1 to 2 years
Sales Representative: 1 to 2 years
Objection Handling: 1 to 2 years
Salespro: 1 to 2 years

Candidate Requirements

• Grade 12/Matric - we do checks (Do not apply without)

• No Criminal Record - we do background checks (Do not apply if any)

• Must Speak English Fluently

• Previous sales experience - strictly 1 year minimum.

• Proof of previous achievements in sales (Beneficial)

• RE5 qualification is required, only if you have already worked in financial services for more than 2 years as a Representative as per the FAIS Act.

R5,000 to R9,000 Basic + uncapped commission + incentives

Working hours 8:00 -18:00 Monday to Friday
