- Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within market by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
- Personally, contact, and secure new business accounts/customers.
- To represent the company to customers
- Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
- Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
- Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
- Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
- Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
- Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
- Product and Procedure knowledge
- Achieving maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration.
- Perming variety of sales, marketing, promotion, advertising, and stock duties.
- Responsibilities will be indirect sales, marketing, oversight of maintenance & stock.
- Preparing quotations and sending them to clients professionally.
- Candidate will be required to travel every month to visit clients.
- Developing and maintaining a record keeping system that enables you to follow up on every “hot” prospect.
- 3 - 5 years’ Sales experience (External sales experience would be ideal).
- Sales / Business Management/ Marketing related training/qualification.
- Good communication skills (Able to read and write in English).
- Good interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with discretion and reliability.
- The candidate must be able to deal directly with clients professionally and efficiently.
- Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
- Computer Literate & Knowledge of all MS Office products.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you use your strong multi-tasking skills.
- Ability to be proactive, prioritise, and have strong time management skills.
- Ability to think “outside of the box” and strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently.
- Candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
