GENERAL SUMMARY:

• Achieve maximum sales profitability, growth, and account penetration within market by effectively selling the company’s products and/or related services.
• Personally, contact, and secure new business accounts/customers.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES:

• To represent the company to customers 
• Promote/sell/secure orders from existing and prospective customers through a relationship-based approach.
• Demonstrate products and services to existing/potential customers and assist them in selecting those best suited to their needs.
• Establish, develop and maintain business relationships with current customers and prospective customers to generate new business for the organization’s products/services.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent service.
• Research sources for developing prospective customers and for information to determine their potential.
• Expedite the resolution of customer problems and complaints.
• Product and Procedure knowledge

• Perming variety of sales, marketing, promotion, advertising, and stock duties.
• Responsibilities will be indirect sales, marketing, oversight of maintenance & stock.
• Preparing quotations and sending them to clients professionally.
• Candidate will be required to travel every month to visit clients.
• Developing and maintaining a record keeping system that enables you to follow up on every “hot” prospect.

MINIMUM SKILLS & QUALIFICATION REQUIREMENTS:

• 3 - 5 years’ Sales experience (External sales experience would be ideal).
• Sales / Business Management/ Marketing related training/qualification.
• Good communication skills (Able to read and write in English).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work under pressure to meet deadlines with discretion and reliability.
• The candidate must be able to deal directly with clients professionally and efficiently.
• Keen attention to detail and accuracy.
• Computer Literate & Knowledge of all MS Office products.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment where you use your strong multi-tasking skills.
• Ability to be proactive, prioritise, and have strong time management skills.
• Ability to think “outside of the box” and strong problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s licence.
