Starting salary R5000

Commission structure 15% excluding vat on treatments

10% excluding vat on retail

Treatment commission starts from salary + 1c (ie you must make turnover exquilant to your salary before you start earning commission)

Retail commission  is from 1c ( ie you will earn commission off all retail sales after vat )
