1.       The Network Engineer is accountable to the planning manager for RAN solutions to be delivered.

2.       The individual projects are highly specialized and as such the Solution Architect will be required to have an in depth understanding of 3GPP Mobile Technologies and thus will be required to have the necessary certifications as such engineering degrees supported by vendor specific training and certifications (Huawei, Ericsson and/or other Private Network vendors), with the supported years of experience in the mobile Infrastructure environment.

Assist TFLS team and contribute towards the development of integrated costing models and scenarios for requested solutions

•         Conduct detailed Requirements Analysis, Planning and Design for Private Network Solutions for the LTE/5G Radio Access Network, LTE/5G Packet Core Network, Transport Backhaul between Customer Site and MTN Core Network and the LTE/5G Provisioning, Assurance and Billing environments

Conduct complex data manipulation, data analytics to assess the network topology, network performance, to propose improvements in implementation of connectivity services to improve performance metric such as availability, throughput, latency, packet loss, jitter etc

1.       Analyse, process & report on the Network Infrastructure, pertaining to the Technology Enterprise Services mandate and on the back of the customer needs & demands.

2.       The Network engineer will be required to assist the TFLS team to gather financial information from vendors for CAPEX cost analysis documentation

The Network engineer will be required to produce the necessary updated design documents as changes become necessary during delivery
