Essential Criteria:

• Speak read and write Italian together with English

Duties include, but not limited to:

• Responding to customer queries by telephone, email and online chats in Italian Language
• Handling and taking full responsibility for customer related queries

Salary:

• R190 000  PA

Working hours:

• Monday – Friday between 9am – 7pm (Shifts – 8.5hours per day)
