Day Veterinarian

• Market related salary no bonus
• 21 days leave per year
• Provident Fund optional – 5% contribution from employee and employer = total of 10% into the Fund
• 20% staff discount on all services, medicine and store products
• Working Hours: Mon to Fri from 07h00 to 15:30 or a split shift 07h00 to 13h00 and 15h30 to 18h30
• Weekend Rotation: 1-in-3 weekends (Off day after every weekend worked)
• Public Holidays: Divided evenly between the vets

Night Veterinarian

• Market related salary no bonus
• 15 days leave per year
• Provident Fund optional – 5% contribution from employee and employer = total of 10% into the Fund
• 20% staff discount on all services, medicine and store products
• Working Hours: 5-on-5-off rotation with 3 other night vets
• Thus 1 in 4 rotations of five nights (18h00 to 07h00), five days off, five days (07h00 to 12h00 & 15h30 to 18h30 for weekdays, and 12h00 to 20h00 for weekends), and then five days off, with the cycle repeating.
