Managed People Solutions has a Soft Ware Company as a Client and they have an Account Manager position available based in Sandton, Johannesburg. 

The company deals with the technology needs of  their customers whether companies are launching a business of moving an existing company to Google Cloud

The commencement date for the successful candidate is 01 October 2020 

Role:

The Account Manager will be focusing on Business Strategy, Education and the Building customer relationships

Objectives:

*   Client Relationships

• Establish and maintain professional, trusting and lasting relationships with customers
• Contribute to exceptional customer service by ensuring delivery of short term and long tern customer goals

• Actively contribute to the company's team collaboration to deliver the best possible products and solutions to their customers
• Drive customer user adoption through assessment of customer needs and business objectives

*   Commercial

• Facilitate renewal and retention process
• Actively up-sell and cross-sell to existing customers
• Drive sales for meaningful profit margin in all products and solutions across the company

Requirements

• Fluent in English
• Speaking proficiency in other official
• Southern African languages will be beneficial
• 2 years and more experience in Account Management
• Proficient in the G Suite tools
• Good general knowledge of web applications
• Suitable academic qualifications will be an advantage

Beneficial

• Knowledge of Google Ecosystem and Google Cloud Products advantageous
• Experience in the SaaS and/or Digital Workplace business
• Highly skilled in building influential relationships and delivering in a cross-functional/matrixed working environment
• Account Management or related certifications
• Experience in the Education field
