Candidate Requirements
- A Matric / N4 level academic qualification
- Suitable post-Matric Secretarial or Office Administration Qualification;
- At least five years’ experience as a Personal Assistant to \Senior/Top Management, dealing with a variety of tasks related to assisting senior members of staff in the execution of their responsibilities;
- Proven initiative in the handing of matters on behalf of senior members of staff;
- High level of accuracy and attention to detail;
- Microsoft Office with superior proficiency in Excel;
- Excellent command of the English language;
- Proven ability in working under pressure and according to strict deadlines;
- A high level of confidentiality and diplomacy in dealing with Company matters
- Professional and presentable appearance
