Hello! Join us as a Customer Service/Back-Office Representative and become the frontline of support for one of our clients in the US insurance industry. This role involves handling various tasks related to policy administration, data entry, document management, etc. This is a full-time remote position.
Responsibilities:
• Process insurance policies accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain and update client records and databases.
• Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence via email and phone.
• Assist with preparing reports, presentations, and other documents.
• Efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding insurance inquiries.
Required Skills
- Customer Support: 1 to 2 years
- Insurance Sales: 1 year or less
- Insurance Broker: 1 year or less
- Backoffice: 1 year or less
Candidate Requirements
Requirements:
• Proven experience in the US insurance industry.
• Familiarity with insurance policies and procedures.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
• Ability to work US hours 9 am – 6 pm EST, Monday-Friday
